Returns Policy

Returns Policy:

If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us immediately by telephone on (08) 9759 1355 or by e-mail on wholesale@ninas.co on the day of receipt. If the package is damaged on arrival, you may be asked to return the goods with its original packaging and invoice.

Returns will be assessed on a case by case basis. A representative will be available from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday AWST to assist.

Please do not send anything back to Nina’s without first speaking to this representative. 

In the event of a return, the item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received, unworn, unused (subject to jewellers assessment) and in its original packaging within 30 days of shipping, return postage will be at the senders expense. 

Please note that personalised items or special orders cannot be returned.

Upon confirmation from one of our operatives, please photograph the condition of the item and attach it to the form (images can be provided digitally). Then wrap your item securely (our team can advise you on this) along with all original packaging and receipt, via an insured method, directly to:

Once the item has been received by Nina’s, the Quality Assurance department will examine it within 5 to 10 working days to determine its approval for repair, credit or replacement. Nina’s reserves the right to provide a repair or replacement, or, if one is not available, an item of similar value and style. 

Upon approval, you will be notified and your credit or exchange will be processed.

Nina’s will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective.
