Terms of Service:

Once your order is confirmed, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery. 

We make every attempt to ensure that our catalogues - both printed and online - are as accurate and complete as possible. 

Some products may be larger or smaller than they appear in our imagery for ease of viewing - refer to the measurements included in the details of each product if there are any concerns. 

Since every computer monitor is set differently, and natural stones are used, there may also be slight variations in colour. 

Products marked as ‘pendants’ do not include the chain - it is for display only. Products marked as necklaces include the shown chain or neckpiece. 

All of our rings are produced to a standard ‘O’ size. If you require alternative sizes, please note this when placing the order in the ‘notes’ section. An additional surcharge may apply for other sizes. Please contact our office for more information. 

While we make every attempt to avoid system or typographical errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. In the event of an error, you will be notified prior to invoicing or shipping. 

Our prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

OUR WARRANTY

From original date of purchase, all Nina’s jewellery is covered by a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing faults or defects. Proof of purchase must be provided in all instances. Nina’s Jewellery reserves the right to either repair or replace any item, whichever is foremost applicable. 

In circumstances where neither option is available, a similarly priced or designed item will be offered. An account credit can only be provided if an identical or similarly designed item is no longer available. 

We do not provide warranty on altered, misused or general wear and tear items.
Items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded for any reason outside of warranty.
